This is to remind you of the Brandon Hill Chamber Orchestra's next concert, which is only a month away. It features the pianist Tom Poster,
Gold Medallist, Scottish International Piano Competition 2007
He will be playing Schumann's piano concerto. The concert is an exciting blend of German, Russian and Finnish music. Hope to see you there!

Submitted by jeff on Thu, 10/01/2009 - 22:09.If you haven't already bought your ticket for the Brandon Hill Chamber Orchestra concert on Saturday 3rd October - there's still time!
The Chairman Dances is a rarely heard masterpiece by John Adams - jazzy and absorbing. Prokofiev's 3rd piano concerto is a dazzling work with, fittingly, a young Russian soloist. And to wrap up the evening Tchaikovsky's 4th Symphony with all the rich, emotional depth that we expect from him.
The orchestra will be having a drink in the bar after the concert and you're very welcome to join us.
